We aren’t just a goat farm! We provide weed control services for those wanting a natural alternative to traditional controls. We educate interested individuals who wish to raise meat goats or how to set up a goat rental service. We also teach basic animal husbandry skills for those who lack the skills. We also offer therapeutic snuggle time with our goats. In 2024 we added goat feet trimming to our list of services.
Weed, Brush, Invasive Trees & Wildfire Control (Goat Rental)
We provide weed, brush, invasive tree and wildfire control, using the original weed eater…the GOAT! We bring 70-80 goats to your property, set up electro-netting and let the goats have their way with your weeds! We stay with the goats until the job is done, whether it is a 1 day job or 10 days (1/2 acre to 5 acres), we will be there, managing the goats, moving the fences as needed and insuring that the goats stay on target.
Educational Workshops
Every goat owner needs to know the basics of raising meat goats and to understand that they aren’t the easiest animal to manage. We provide insight from a real life perspective as well as hands-on training as needed. We can come to your farm, set up Zoom conferences and some basic education materials for referencing. We also provide programs for Home Schools, Community Organizations and Non-Profits. Workshops for groups can be planned, just get a group together and we can get you on our schedule. We do goat 101, target grazing with goats classes and goat rental seminars.
Consultant Services
Our consultant services include Land Management evaluations for your property, assisting new meat goat owners with setting up their operations and assisting those wanting to start their own goat rental operations. We provide Consulting on-farm and on-line services.
Goat Feet Trimming
The 2024 we added goat feet trimming services for those who have goats and aren’t able or experienced enough to trim their own goats. There is a minimum of 10 goats at $10/goat plus a mileage fee (Larger herds are charged differently). If you have goats with hoof issues, we can work out a schedule and get them comfortable.
Land Management Services
Do you have land that is overgrown or over used to the point that the weeds and brush have over taken the grass? We can set up custom management plans for your land, implementing goats and a combination of land management practices to naturally reclaim the land.
